We would like to share our thoughts on how Federal Storage has helped us make the right decision. We needed a safe and dry location for our personal belongings and was fortunate to find Federal as the perfect solution. We are impressed of the cleanliness, security and 24/7 key coded entrance and since we are living in the area becomes an added bonus. After pricing a few storage places around town, we feel that our cost was better when considering a climate controlled environment. I would like to recommend Federal as your first choice to a worry free storage experience.

I have recently used the storage services of Federal Self Storage in Welland and I have to say I was very impressed. I had very specific storage needs that needed a climate controlled environment. Not only did they meet those needs but they did it with a friendly and very accommodating attitude. Most recently I had an urgent situation that required me to access my locker after hrs. and they even met me there on a dark rainy night to allow me to accomplish this. Being in a customer focused industry myself I know that this level of customer service is hard to come by. In talking to some of my other colleagues that use storage facilities in other areas of Southern Ontario I also realized how reasonable their rates are. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely use them in the future.

I have recently relocated to Port Colborne from Nova Scotia. . I had planned to put some of my belonging into storage in Welland with a competitor, but upon arrival at the storage place, it was not what I had been told it was. I called Federal Storage, explained my predicament and that I had gotten his company name from Claire’s Moving and Storage. Knowing it was Friday and I was looking at the impossible: a 26’ truck, a 6x12 trailer and a 5x8 trailer filled to capacity, no where to store my possessions and no one to help me.About 1 hour later, two gentlemen from Claire’s showed up at Federal Self Storage to unload the trailer and truck. In four hours I was completely moved into the storage units, the guys where just awesome.

After my ordeal, I was so humbled by the help that I got from both Stephanie and employees at Claire’s and Ken at Federal Storage, especially on a Friday morning. They turned my nightmare into a good experience.  The storage units are inside a building that is heated and secure. I was able to sleep well that night knowing that all my belongings were safe, secure and clean. The building is so clean that you could eat off the floors, lol.  Who says in this day and age that people or companies don’t care? Two companies rallied together, even one from a distance,(Ken was driving in Cincinnati at the time and coordinated my move-in with Clair’s via cell pho.ne) to help me complete my move until I found a place to live.  I can’t thank all of you enough for all your help. After driving ½ way across Canada to start my new life it was nice to see that some companies are willing to go the distance for a customer.

"Our experience at Federal storage couldn't have been any better. We loved the convenience of being able to go there at our will, day or night and feeling secure about it with all the lighting and camera's. We also love that everything was there for us to move things from truck to storage (four-wheel flat-bed and Upright dollies,), very convenient. We also want to thank Ken and staff for being most helpful, since this was our first time using a facility like this he had the insight to save us just a little bit more room together in case we needed it which we did :) I love how you have the different size spaces.
